Terms & Conditions Of Services

To conduct my business effectively and efficiently the following terms and conditions apply: 

Bookings

  • All Personal Training sessions must be booked online using our websites LIVE online calendar or in person with the chosen staff member.

  • All sessions must be booked with using the calendar with at least 48 hours notice.

  • Our LIVE online calendar is consistently updated with available time slots getting taken by new clients etc. Available time slots are at a first come first serve basis. It is recommended you book you time slots at least a week in advance.

  • Rescheduling a session time slot will be accommodated on a first come first serve basis. It is most important for a client to have a consistent schedule. If you need to reschedule occasionally that is okay. However, if it is on a consistent basis it may result in the loss of your time slot.

Payments

  • Upon paying for the agreed amount of Personal Training sessions you have the right to book all of your sessions into the calendar in advance allowing you to find a time slot suitable for you.

  • You understand and accept we offer a No-Refund policy meaning if for any reason you are unable to continue with your sessions for any reason what so ever, they can be delayed to a later time or you can get someone to take your place within the contract. 

  • If your trainer relocates to a different gym, we will cover your membership costs at that gym and all sessions will be relocated to the new gym (within a 10mile radius). 

  • All sessions must be delivered within the arrange time agreed upon the contract. Most contracts are Monthly (unless clearly stated any where else).

Cancellations

  • If a training session is not cancelled with less than 12 hour advance notice The Client will be charged. However, emergencies will be exempt. 

  • If cancelled with more than 12 hours notice the session must be re-arranged within the agreed length of this contract.

Time Management

  • If a client is more than twenty minutes late for a training session and has not notified The Trainer. The Client will be considered a no show and The Client will be charged for the session without participating. If this happens consistently loss of a time slot and / or training may occur. 

Waiver of Liability

 

  • You understand that participation in exercise programmes, classes or events and any related activity conducted by Fitness At Your Fingertip staff, is voluntary and at your own risk.

  • You are aware that exercise can be physically stressful and, in certain instances, can even result in injury or cause death. The levels of exercise that I will perform will be at my own pace, based upon my cardio-respiratory (heart & lung) fitness, muscular strength and endurance. I hereby state that I will inform the trainer of any symptoms (e.g. fatigue, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, any pain/discomfort/concern for my safety/benefit) during my participation in exercise.

  • You agree to notify Fitness At Your Fingertip member of staf on any changes / diagnosis to your health during the length of this contract.

  • Fitness At Your Fingertip will not be liable for any injuries or damage arising out of participation in any training program or diet plan.

Purchases of Products

  • Some of our products are created, posted and delivered via a Dropshipping service to help keep our prices low. Due to this we offer NO refunds on any products purchased via our website.
