What is health?

The best definition of health I have ever heard is.. "Health is not just the abscence of illness, but the ability to recover from it."
The World Health Organization (WHO) defines health as "a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity."
This means that health is not just about being free from disease, but also about feeling good and being able to function well in all areas of your life.
There are many factors that contribute to good health, including:
Eating a healthy diet
Getting regular exercise
Getting enough sleep
Managing stress
Maintaining healthy relationships
Avoiding risky behaviors, such as smoking and excessive alcohol consumption
Here are some examples of how you can be healthy:
Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
Limit processed foods, sugary drinks, and unhealthy fats.
Get at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise most days of the week.
Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep each night.
Find healthy ways to manage stress, such as exercise, yoga, or meditation.
Spend time with loved ones and build strong relationships.
Avoid smoking and excessive alcohol consumption.
It is important to note that health is not a one-size-fits-all concept. What is healthy for one person may not be healthy for another. It is important to talk to your doctor about what is right for you.
